The client

A prominent online learning platform serving over 350 million users across 35 countries. The platform connects students with expert tutors and peers for collaborative learning. Mission: democratise education with instant access to high-quality, vetted academic assistance.

The problem

Report management and data accessibility were slowing decision-making. Existing dashboards were not interactive, slow to load, and the build cycle for anything new was painful. There was no core framework, leading to inconsistencies in how the same KPIs were calculated. The new hub needed to incorporate sales, marketing, transaction, and traffic data.

  • 01.Collaborated with stakeholders to create unified definitions for each KPI.
  • 02.Built the SQL queries for the underlying data layer.
  • 03.Ensured all dashboards are interactive with splits, drill-downs, and switchable aggregation levels.
  • 04.Created the core visualisation framework and design style for the company.
  • 05.Designed a centralised reporting hub providing a user-friendly interface and easy access to all related dashboards.
